Recycle Your Tires
Tire Recycling Starts Here
There are hundreds of Return to Retailer (R2R) locations to recycle your tires in BC. Most drivers return their old tires at a retailer when they purchase new ones. But if you have up to 4 tires (clean and off the rims*) sitting around, you can get started right away. Simply select the type of tire and the location closest to you. Or go mobile and download the Recyclepedia app. Either way, TSBC recommends calling ahead to ensure the retailer still has space to accept your tires. And then you’re off to the recycling races and helping scrap tires become new and useful things.
You can use Recyclepedia to search for locations to recycle other products too!
* Please note that if a location accepts tires on rims, a fee will apply as rims are not part of the Tire Stewardship BC program.
Please also note that TSBC R2R sites have the TSBC logo, whereas other listings without the TSBC logo may assess a fee.
